Chakra is more than just a meditation practice for individuals, but it can also have a significant effect on couples, especially for those who have relationship issues. Chakras and relationships can be connected when the couples focus their chakras to their partners. Tantra meditation can change your usual practice in lovemaking with your partner, and it will improve your normal sex habits to tantric sex practices.

What is Tantra Sex?

Mindful Touching

Tantra is all about knowing yourself well, whether by meditating while occupying your minds with yourself or by touching your whole body from head to toe with closed eyes. Touch your partner gently while you feel the intimacy between the two of you.

This would also apply to a couple’s meditation, so prepare your mind by not thinking about anything, except when you start touching your partner’s skin.

Before you start with mindful touches, set the room in dim light, sit together in the middle of the room, take several mindful breaths to relax yourselves, hold hands and start meditating on the sensations. Remember to be aware of all the feelings.

Begin touching your partner’s body and begin meditating. Make your partner feel your intimacy, love, passion, and healing from the midst of your heart. During this moment, divine energy will begin to flow and channel though the both of your bodies. Healing and pleasurable resolve will start to flourish between you and your partner by this time.

You can try moving around the body in this order:

      • The hands
      • Arms
      • Shoulders
      • The face
      • Then go for the hair
      • And then back down to face up to the chest
      • Net to the abdomen
      • Thighs
      • And the lower legs
      • Then to the feet
      • Back up to the legs
      • And then the sexual organs

Do not forget to meditate every time that you touch your partner, touch them with pure intentions and with your heart. Give your partner an intimate touch like you are touching a God or Goddess. Get closer to each other as you have never been before. To make things more intimate, you can play romantic and relaxing music in the background in a low volume and then lit a few scented candles in the area. If you and your partner are not into candles, you can use a lamp or anything that provides dim lighting.

To have better results in your relationship, you and your partner should both practice sensual mindfulness at least once a week, or whenever you are both free.

Chakra Meditation Method before Love Making:

Get into the spooning position. You should both be on your left sides. Decide which one of you feels most in need of nurturing. Let’s say it’s the woman.

Since the partner in the back will be the giver, the man should snuggle in close behind her, lining his chakras up with hers: heart center to heart center, belly center to belly center, and so on. Both partners should use pillows to prop head, neck, and shoulders high enough so the man can slip his left arm under the woman’s neck and bring his hand to rest lightly on the third eye chakra of her forehead or the crown chakra at the top of her head.

The man’s right arm should cradle the woman, with his hand over her heart; she should rest her hand on top of his.

After a few moments, move into the “harmonizing breath.” Notice your partner’s breath and begin to synchronize with it. As the woman inhales, she focuses on accepting energy through her back into all of her chakras; as the man exhales, he concentrates on sending energy out the front of his body and into his partner.

When you’re ready, you can use this technique to charge each chakra individually.

Begin with Second Chakra that is a positive pole for woman and focuses there for three full breath cycles. And then move the heart chakra and focus there for three full breath cycles. Then move your awareness to your third eye chakra for three breaths.

That’s how, the divine feminine is a balance in woman, but don’t forget that there is also divine male in a woman so begin again with “root” chakra at the base of the spine. Next, move to solar Plexus and then throat chakra.

Man is the same as vice versa, Just sequence is reversed. First, begin with divine male

1, 3, 5 chakras and then move to Devine feminine.

After both 1-6 journeys are done for both partners then sit in a Yab Yum start feeling that Tantric Circle is merging in a seventh chakra.

And now you can move on to Love Making.
